All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.

Deposits are not refunded back if an order is cancelled by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all measurements of their home (room area, door entrance, elevators and hallway space) to allow easy access for delivery of products into the property.

Our delivery agent will bring all packages inside the home into the area where they belong. Unpacking and installation is included with your delivery. All passage areas must be clear and any old furniture must be removed prior to your delivery date.

Your estimated delivery wait time is approximately 6-8 months. Unexpected delays with our production, shipping or any other circumstances outside of our control may cause extra delays with your order.

Includes 1-year warranty - Covers manufacturer’s defect for leather, frame and stitching.

RETURNS

Shipping and delivery are included with our pricing within GTA. For outside Ontario GTA or out of province orders, extra delivery charges will apply based on the location and volume of the order.
